Garuda Frequent Fliers Program
In appreciation of its valued and loyal customers, Aerowisata Hotels & Resorts as a member of Garuda Indonesia Group and also a partner hotels in The Garuda Frequent Fliers program (non flight activities) gives extra benefit for Garuda Frequent Flyer (GFF) member . Each time you stay at our hotels is a chance for earning extra and accumulating miles.

At the moment the hotel participating are Sanur Beach Bali, Pool Villa Club Bali, Senggigi Beach Lombok, Pool Villa Club Lombok and Grand Preanger Bandung, the other property will follow soon.

Simply present your Garuda Frequent Fliers number to Guest Relations/Receptionist Officer during check in, you will get one mileage for every Rp.5.000,- on room expenses and Rp.2.500,- per mileage on food and beverage expenses (multiply)

General Conditions :
GFF Member may claim miles for personal, the name who actually stayed for one or more room nights at the hotel should be the same with name under GFF card by keeping a copy of the payment receipt of hotel.GFF members who have only reserved and buy a room for other person/company will not be eligible for claim.
Your miles will be recorded and reported within 2-3 months after the date of transactions.


Boarding Pass True Value
In appreciation of its valued and loyal customers, Aerowisata Hotels & Resorts as a member of Garuda Indonesia Group and also a partner hotels in The Garuda Boarding Pass True Value Program, will give more benefit for our guest by simply present Garuda Indonesia departure boarding pass and get special offers from our hotels such as discount for food and beverages, spa etc.

The pass valid 7 days from the printed date on the boarding pass.
